What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your gift or if there is an issue, please get in touch and we will try to do it right. You can return any item within 28 days of purchase with the receipt for a full refuned. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund you the delivery fee.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items for sanitary reasons. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK via the website. If you live in Europe and you are interested in buying a gift please get in touch and we can try to work out if delivery is possible.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery in the UK for orders over £50.
Standard delivery in the UK is £4.99 and Express delivery (24h) is £8.99.
If you live in a location that is not within standard UK delivery, shipping costs will be calculated when you check-out.
